My philosophy is to care for every baby with patience, gentleness, and respect. I believe newborns need a calm, safe, and loving environment. I follow each baby’s individual needs and routine rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I also believe in supporting parents and giving them confidence and peace of mind, especially during the early weeks after bringing a new baby home.

Service introduction

I provide professional postpartum doula and newborn care services, with a focus on overnight care and helping new parents feel rested, supported, and confident during the early weeks with their baby. My newborn care services include feeding support, bottle feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, baby bathing, and establishing a calm daily and nighttime routine. I carefully observe each baby’s individual needs and follow the parents’ preferred feeding and sleep routines. For overnight care, I help care for the baby throughout the night so parents can get much-needed rest. I can assist with nighttime feedings, settling the baby back to sleep, diaper changes, and keeping parents informed about the baby’s nighttime patterns. I also provide postpartum support for new parents, including practical newborn-care guidance, emotional support, and help with adjusting to life with a new baby. My approach is patient, gentle, respectful, and focused on creating a safe and peaceful environment for both the baby and the family. My goal is to make the transition into parenthood a little easier by providing reliable, compassionate, and personalized support.
