I am planning a hospital birth and am looking for a birth doula who can provide emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and delivery. I want someone who will help me advocate for my birth plan, communicate with the medical team, and provide comfort measures during labor. My goal is to go into labor naturally and avoid Pitocin, induction, and a C-section unless they become medically necessary for the safety of me or my baby. I want a doula who will support my preferences, help me stay calm and informed, and provide continuous support throughout my labor and birth. I would prefer a certified doula with hospital birth experience who accepts Texas Medicaid or offers affordable pricing, sliding-scale fees, or payment plans, as my budget is limited.
Still early but wanting a hospital birth with doula support, and also want a night nurse / doula for post-birth. Budget TBD.

Memorial Hermann Houston, Tx Medical Center. ~1k Epidural, delayed cord clamping, no artificial augmentation preferred
Planning to birth at memorial hermann. Not sure budget, probably $600 might be my cap Planning for an unmedicated, physiological birth. But want to have some extra support in the hospital setting so that I'm not on my own in advocating for my desires For postpartum, mostly just cleaning, laundry, and cooking help would be welcome. This is my fourth baby, I've had three unmedicated births, one was induced, other two were water births.
I would like a doula through antipartem and childbirth .
I plan to have a home birth if possible and will need a birth doula to help me along the way. This is my first pregnancy
I will deliver in a hospital. I have delivered 5 babies vaginally with an induction and epidural. I have not gone into labor naturally. I am concerned that another epidural would present health risks (experiencing possible nerve damage currently). I need someone that can coach me in labor and motivate me prior to labor. I have issues dialating but when dialated labor goes very, very quickly. I am unsure of the average costs of a doula, so do not have a budget yet. We have excellent conventional insurance, but will be paying all the hospital pricing, so we cannot spend a ton extra on top of that.
This is my third child. I want to do this natural and minimal medications. I want to be able to over come the pain and do what was always intended for my body to handle. The epidural has gave me more trauma then actual birth or anything after. I plan to give birth at HCA clear lake or Houston Methodist clear lake. My budget for this is on the lower end, being under $650
1) HCA Health in Webster, TX 2) I’m not very sure on a budget as I haven’t done much research. 3) I want to try to go unmedicated, not lying on my back, I want open mobility, a calm and uplifting environment and I want everything to feel natural.
