My name is Ilana(she/her) and I am dedicated to working with a wide range of family structures and clients. My hope is that I can help people find the space for what they need. ​ Everyone deserves safe, comforting, affirming, and secure care. Full Spectrum Doula Care and Lactation Support

Birth Doula Services
2-3 prenatal visits Call/text/email support starting at 36 weeks Labor support including early labor I will stay with you 1-2 hours after birth for any support you need including lactation support and 1 postpartum visit. Call/text/email support continuation for 2 weeks. Fees vary based on sliding scale. I currently have a lower fee for birth doula services as I work towards being able to accept Medicaid and third party insurance coverage. I am a strong believer in doula care being accessible to everyone.

Help with what you find you need. Every person is different! It can be things like: -Emotional support -Education -Allowing time for you to take a nap! -Baby laundry -Doing the dishes -Cleaning bottles and/or pump parts -Organization(LOVE this) Some people need more time for their baby by doing things directly for their baby like getting a chance to hold them more. Some need to do things for their baby by doing things for themselves. A nap, a shower…eating. As a doula, I can be there in either situation.
