I 100% recommend Laura if you're looking for doula and post partum services! I had an amazing laboring experience because of all the ways she has supported me throughout pregnancy until I had my little one and even during post partum as well. We had multiple meetings during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy where Laura explained what her job would be as a doula. She gave me multiple resources during these meetings and over text to make sure I could be as well informed on all of my choices during labor as possible. Laura helped my husband and me with learning different labor positions and breathing techniques to help make my laboring as comfortable as possible. The day I went into labor Laura dropped everything to come and make sure I was okay and comfortable. She was extremely helpful and supportive to both my husband and myself throughout the entire process and there's no way we could have gotten through it as smoothly as we did without her! Laura also has multiple different options with payment if cost is an issue. So don't hesitate and call her if you and your family think you need the extra support!

Laura was amazingly knowledgeable and caring. She was there almost my whole entire 72 hour labor. She helped me achieve my vbac (including a hospital switch at 36 weeks), even when I didn’t think it was possible. Our whole family LOVES her and I’d use her again in the future.

My spouse and I had been debating for weeks back and forth on whether we needed a doula and if it was worth the additional costs on top of all the other costs of pregnancy and parenthood. As first time parents, our biggest priority was receiving culturally competent care as well as an advocate for dad in critical moments that may come up during labor. We luckily stumbled upon Laura’s profile and decided to give our doula search one last shot and we are so glad we did. From the first moments in the initial interview, we got such good vibes from Laura and could really feel her passion for supporting moms and birthing parents. What sealed the deal for us was her awareness and sensitivity to the black maternal mortality rate, her privilege, and how she could (and did!) show up for me as a black woman giving birth. My labor and delivery was literally a dream come true and was so perfect and my husband agrees it was 100% thanks to the education we received as well as the support and advocacy received from Laura. I likely would have had a different experience if Laura had not been there and will absolutely be reaching out to her for availability if we decide to have another child. Long story short, Laura is so passionate about birth work and went above and beyond from our first meetings through postpartum and if you are debating on if a doula is worth it , please don’t hesitate to reach out to Laura because I promise you won’t regret it

I found Laura on Facebook advertising her doula services. I knew I wanted her from our meeting. She worked with my husband and I on making payments, and never treated us like she was in a hurry or wouldn't take care of things we needed. She gave us a ton of support during our birth and after. I would recommend her to any of my friends, for sure!

My wife and I booked the birth doula package with Laura and it was easily one of the best investments we made. She helped me know what to do to support my wife, made sure I had a break, and gave us so much knowledge we didn't have before we had our baby. I would never want anyone else to be my doula now.
