Welcome! My name is Jacky and I am a Registered Nurse providing Concierge Care for Postpartum Moms and their babies. Seeing the deficits in Women's Healthcare after the baby arrives professionally and personally, I knew I needed to provide a safe, educational space where Moms can feel seen, validated, and educated on what Postpartum truly is. There is no "right way" to heal, to wrap your arms around postpartum, it's scary and rewarding all at the same time. Myself and members of the Golden Hour team are here to provide care 24/7. Night Nanny packages and pricing

Daylight Support

Daylight care consists of education for Mom including how to care for tears or incisions, assistance with showering and safe ambulation when needed, newborn care education, breastfeeding support, organization and cleaning of bottles, pump, and other baby items. Light housework, meal prep, and tidying exclusively for mom and baby. Online grocery pick-up and assistance with putting groceries away.

$65 USD · Per hour

Moonlight Support

Overnight newborn support is tailored to the parent's needs and comfort level. Parents often desire rest and recovery for optimal function during the day. A RN will wake with or stay awake the entirety of the overnight shift while parents stay asleep. Parents are welcome and encouraged to be part of overnight care when establishing feeds and sleep regimens to improve outcomes and longevity of our intended changes. Hours available 6pm-6am. 10 hour minimum

$675 USD · Flat rate

Do you take insurance?

No, Golden Hour Concierge Care is a self-pay service not recognized by insurance companies.

Do you offer babysitting for parents to leave?

No, parents must remain in the home and be available at all times during appointments. Sleeping is permitted, as long as the parent is accessible for any matter.

Can you watch my older kids while I just take care of the newborn?

No, we do not provide babysitting or nanny service to any children outside the contracted agreement. If you need a nanny service for your children, we are happy to provide resources for your needs.

Is there a minimum number of hours requirement to book?

Yes, daylight support requires at least 3 hours and moonlight support is no less than 10 hour increments. This provides enough time for the RN to assess needs and perform duties efficiently.
