About me

Welcome! My name is Jacky and I am a Registered Nurse providing Concierge Care for Postpartum Moms and their babies. Seeing the deficits in Women's Healthcare after the baby arrives professionally and personally, I knew I needed to provide a safe, educational space where Moms can feel seen, validated, and educated on what Postpartum truly is. There is no "right way" to heal, to wrap your arms around postpartum, it's scary and rewarding all at the same time. Myself and members of the Golden Hour team are here to provide care 24/7. Overnight newborn care from a Night Nurse, is emerging once again. Let us be part of your village!

Service introduction

Daylight care consists of education for Mom including how to care for tears or incisions, assistance with showering and safe ambulation when needed, newborn care education, breastfeeding support, organization and cleaning of bottles, pump, and other baby items. Light housework, meal prep, and tidying exclusively for mom and baby. Online grocery pick-up and assistance with putting groceries away. Overnight newborn support is tailored to the parent's needs and comfort level. Parents often desire rest and recovery for optimal function during the day. A RN will wake with or stay awake the entirety of the overnight shift while parents stay asleep. Parents are welcome and encouraged to be part of overnight care when establishing feeds and sleep regimens to improve outcomes and longevity of our intended changes.
