Service introduction

I provide educational, emotional, spiritual, and physical support from pregnancy to postpartum. I meet with mamas and their significant other 2-3 times prenatally, provide in-person labor support, and 1 postpartum visit. I educate women on their options, help them create a birth plan, help them to have the confidence to advocate for themselves in the birth atmosphere, provide hands on support if wanted, help them get started with breastfeeding if wanted, and check in on them postpartum to hold space and provide any referrals.

• 1 Free in person consultation to see if we are a great fit • 2-3 Prenatal Visits to prepare birth options and plan • Custom birth plan • On-call at 38 weeks • Text, email, phone call support throughout pregnancy • In-person labor support up to 18 hours (I usually have to rest after the 18 hours mark and then return) •Use of labor tools like CUB birth stool, massage balls, essential oils, Bluetooth speaker, labor combs, starry light projector, etc. • Ability to borrow books on birth, breastfeeding, newborns and more from my ever-growing library • 1 Postpartum Visit to let you share how you feel about your birth experience and for me to listen and hold space. I can make any referrals to any specialist like a chiropractor, lactation consultant, pelvic floor therapist, etc.
