Hi, I’m Jade (she/her) a Full Spectrum Doula based in Los Angeles, offering birth and postpartum support. My doula care is rooted in non-judgement, inclusivity, culturally competent support and evidence-based education. I provide personalized support paired with mindfulness practices to help you feel confident and cared for throughout your journey.

Includes: • In-person visits • Support may include: infant care, infant feeding support, wellness check ins, education, and light housekeeping Packages: 15 hours: $750 30 hours: $1500 Ideal for families seeking flexible, in-home postpartum support. This package provides hands-on care during your recovery so you can rest, heal, and ease into life with your baby. Each visit is tailored to your needs, with guidance, reassurance, and continued phone support between visits.
Most families choose shifts from 10:00 PM–6:00 AM or 9:00 PM–5:00 AM, allowing parents to get restorative sleep while their baby receives attentive, nurturing care. For the best balance of support, most clients schedule 3–4 overnight shifts per week during the early postpartum period. Package Options: 4 Weeks of support 6 Weeks of support Custom packages are also available based on your family's needs. Includes: • 3 prenatal visits • 3 postpartum follow-up visits • On-call availability from 37 weeks until birth • Continuous labor and birth support • Continuous phone and text support through 6 weeks postpartum Ideal for: Families who want the highest level of personalized support from pregnancy through postpartum recovery.
Every birth is unique, and your support should reflect your individual needs. Whether you're looking for comprehensive prenatal, birth, and postpartum support or care during a specific stage of your journey, I am happy to meet you where you are. These packages are designed to provide compassionate, supportive, and accessible care throughout your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum journey. I also provide partner education and support, if desired, to help ensure everyone feels informed, prepared, and supported throughout the process. I believe that birth and postpartum care is not "one size fits all" and will honor your specific needs, desires and traditions.
Jade was an amazing doula for our family. She is calm, compassionate and very hands on in supporting all things birth and post partum. I could not have gotten through my unmedicated birth without her. She guided me through positions and provided counter pressure to progress labor and relieve pain. She supported us postpartum as well, even connecting with our older daughter to help her feel special during the big transition. Thank you Jade!!

I’m very grateful for the support I received from Jade during my birth! Throughout my labor, Jade was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I was okay. Her support and encouragement helped me feel calmer during a very intense and prolonged labor. She was extremely helpful to give my husband a break and let him rest during my long labor. Even after the birth she was very supportive! Jade checked in after the delivery and during postpartum to check in on how I was doing. Jade was amazing doula, For someone who was alone as a teen mom, she was really inspiring and helpful throughout my pregnancy. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't know what to do or except. she brings great energy in answering questions and giving information out. Always made sure I was doing good. She would give me useful stuff to use. She was there for me while I was in labor, she made sure I was comfortable, she was also helped me relax and gave me wonderful help with breathing techniques. She also thought me how to latch my baby so he can eat.
