Comprehensive Sleep Assessment: This includes an initial questionnaire that will help me get a holistic picture of your child's current sleep habits. The information from this questionnaire will help me tailor a specific plan for you and your family 60-min Consultation: During this 60-min consultation, we will review your child's custom sleep plan and answer any questions you may have Personalized Sleep Plan: A customized sleep plan catered for your child's needs and specific circumstances Daily AM & PM check ins via texts throughout your first week One 30-min troubleshooting call that can be used anytime during your two week package One 45-min wrap up success call to celebrate your family’s wins and provide future resources

Newborn Consultation

While formal sleep training is not possible in the newborn stage, it’s never too early to implement a good sleep foundation for your child. During this 45-min consultation, I will provide information on how to survive and thrive during the fourth trimester. This consultation includes information on appropriate wake windows, bedtime routines, ideal sleep environment, etc.

What to expect

I am a wife to Justin, a first time mom to baby Camden, and a certified pediatric sleep consultant through The Center for Pediatric Sleep Management. I provide virtual sleep support in the following areas: longer stretches of sleep overnight, nap challenges, co-sleeping/bed sharing transitions, early morning wakings and sleep regressions. I have a passion for infant/toddler sleep and decided to become certified to get families who look like mine sleeping more soundly. I truly believe that good sleep for one equals good sleep for all.
