Hello, my name is Jamie Lovato, and I am a Certified Full-Spectrum Doula located in Valley, Washington. All the facets of birth are my joy and passion, and I'm always curious to learn more. My background is Native plant medicines and Indigenous Birth Justice work. I believe birth can be calm and peaceful if we set the right atmosphere with positive affirmations to get there.
