Hi, I’m Jeanette, a Certified Birth Doula snd Certified Lactation Professional! I'm passionate about supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. I believe that every birthing person deserves compassionate, evidence-based care and the freedom to make empowered choices during their journey into parenthood. My approach is grounded in respect, education, and continuous support. Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, navigating hospital protocols, or hoping for a calm and informed experience, I am here to walk with you every step of the way. I offer emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your unique needs and birth vision. I also provide postpartum guidance and lactation support to ensure you feel confident and cared for as you transition into life with your new baby. Service introduction

As your birth doula, I provide continuous, compassionate support through every stage of your journey. Our time together begins with a virtual consultation to get to know one another and see if we’re a good fit. Once we move forward, you’ll receive two in-person prenatal visits (up to one hour each) where we’ll discuss your birth preferences, comfort techniques, and what to expect. I’ll help you develop a birth plan that reflects your values and goals for labor and delivery. Starting at 37 weeks, I’ll be on call 24/7 to join you when labor begins. I offer continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout labor and birth, helping you and your partner feel confident and cared for. I’ll stay for up to two hours after birth to support the immediate postpartum period—assisting with bonding, breastfeeding (if desired), and ensuring you feel settled. After you’re home, we’ll schedule a postpartum visit (up to two hours) to check in, process your birth experience, and support your recovery and newborn care. You’ll also have access to ongoing phone and text support throughout our time together, and a trusted backup doula is available in the rare case I’m unable to attend your birth.
