What to expect

My experience includes overnight newborn care, postpartum support, feeding support, newborn education, establishing routines, and helping families feel more confident and supported during those first weeks and months. I also provide light cooking and cleaning, sibling care, and support with both the physical and emotional aspects of postpartum recovery.
