About me

After accompanying my own family members through their births, having such a close relationship with my own mother, being with her through the complications she’s had with her second pregnancy, and working with young kids, I have seen first hand what happens when a parent, whether new to the community or a veteran, has community. A tribe that they can rely on, that shows up in their most vulnerable times of their life. Every parent deserves to feel safe, heard respected and advocated for. Every birth is different, my goal is to make sure your choices are supported.

I am a dedicated full spectrum doula who supports parents through pregnancy, birth and postpartum with compassion, care and the tools you need to thrive. My goal is to create a safe space while you grow through this change. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, informed and empowered during this transformative time. My role is to provide emotional support, evidence based education and hands on guidance so you can feel confident in your choices and experience.
