About me

Hello & Welcome! My name is Akaila Wilson-Ukaegbu, and I’m the heart behind Sincerely, The Village Doula. I specialize in postpartum care, family wellness, and building back the “village” that every new parent deserves. As a mom of three (including twins!) and a developmental psychology student, I bring both lived experience and professional training into my work. My role is to nurture you as you recover, help you feel confident in your new season, and create a calm, supportive space for your whole family. Whether that looks like hands-on support (meals, light household care, body scrubs, relaxation, newborn care) or emotional support (listening ear, encouragement, and guidance), I’m here to remind you that you don’t have to do this alone. I’d love to connect and see how I can walk alongside your family during this special time. 💙
