Hi, I'm Jenita, a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula serving the East Bay, CA. As a birth doula, I offer steady, compassionate support through every phase of your journey into parenthood. My role is to walk alongside you with calm confidence, evidence-based guidance, and intuitive presence, helping you feel informed, empowered, and supported in every decision you make. Whether you’re planning a medicated hospital birth, an unmedicated delivery, or navigating unexpected turns, I meet you where you are—without judgment, only support. In the postpartum period, I continue that care by offering newborn care, feeding support, emotional reassurance, and practical help. I create a nurturing space where you can rest, recover, and grow into your role with confidence. I understand that no two families are the same, which is why my approach is flexible, culturally sensitive, and deeply personalized. My focus is to bring a grounded, calming energy, a deep respect for your instincts, and a commitment to making sure you never feel alone in this experience.
