With over a decade of experience in hands-on healing work, Jenna Sophia merges her intuitive bodywork with compassionate support in the birthing process. Honoring the wisdom of the body, she empowers her clients to meet the moments that come, accompanying them with a gentle, grounding and deeply attuned presence. She helps her clients connect with their safety, breath, belonging, and innate capacity to create and bring life into the world. Alongside her doula and healing practice, Jenna Sophia is also a poet, musician, visual artist, and performer whose creative work informs the atmosphere she brings into her care. She believes art and creative expression can serve as medicine, opening pathways for reflection, emotional release, reconnection with self, and can be a compass for the path through the jungle of life. Mother to two adult children, Jenna Sophia's own birth process transformed her life. She is dedicated to supporting the full expression of the creative self, including through the process of birth.

-Two to three prenatal visits, with options of in-person or virtual. -One prenatal bodywork session -One postpartum bodywork session, within 2 months of birth -Active Labor Birth support at home or hospital birth (with 24/7 on call availability from 36 - 42 weeks, or until the baby comes) -One extended postpartum visit (2-3 hours)
