I am a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and TEA certified secondary teacher. Becoming a parent is a life-changing event and I love sharing my wealth of knowledge and extreme care with my clients to prepare them for this awesome experience. They graduate from my birth classes confident in their innate abilities to birth and parent their babies.

Childbirth Educator packages and pricing

In Person or Virtual Childbirth Course

You can choose private in-home or live virtual. Each session of the 6-session course lasts approximately one to two hours. Ideally classes will meet on the same day of the week but you can decide the schedule! I am 100% flexible on scheduling and will travel within 45 minutes of zip code 75067 for in-home instruction. Virtual options are done on the platform of your choice. Classes are fully customizable because I want you to be confident in your abilities so I allow for extra time as needed to master a subject. Payment plans are available and I accept HSA cards and can provide a super bill for most insurance plans.

One-Day Comprehensive Class

In-person or Online One-day Comprehensive Childbirth Class in the comfort of your own home. Class begins at 9am on a Saturday and lasts approximately 8 hours. There is a break for lunch for a half hour and breaks for pregnant bladders whenever needed.

Refresher Birth Class

This course is specifically geared toward the second, third, or even fourth-time parents who are giving birth unmedicated and/or outside of a hospital setting for the first time. As a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and a personally experienced natural birth mama, I have loads of information on how you can best prepare for your hospital, birth center or home birth. This course is half the length of regular childbirth classes: three approximately one-hour classes or one approximately 3 hour class or a different schedule of your choosing.
