About Jennifer
Labor support is powerful. And it’s evidence-based.
Hi! My name is Jenny, and I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving families throughout the Denver area.
Birth can feel overwhelming, exciting, vulnerable, empowering…and sometimes all of those at once. I believe every woman deserves continuous, respectful support during one of the most transformative experiences of her life.
After the births of my five daughters, I saw firsthand how deeply continuous support can shape a birth experience. Becoming a doula felt like a natural next step.
Whether you’re planning a home birth, hospital birth, epidural, unmedicated birth, or something in between, my role is to offer calm support, evidence-based information, hands-on comfort, and steady presence throughout your journey. I support your choices without judgment or pressure.
Birth isn’t something to fear. It’s personal. Powerful. And deeply human.
This is your body, your baby, and your birth. You already have everything you need inside you. I’m just here to help you trust it.
Truly,
Jenny

Jenny is a natural at childbirth. I have many loved ones who have used her service to bring their beautiful babies into the world. She is calm, has common sense, and creates the best, most positive, experience for the mothers. I highly recommend her as a doula for any expectant mother!

We are so grateful for our doula’s support throughout our birth journey. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Not only for me, but my husband too. Her guidance helped us both feel confident, prepared, and supported every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend her!

I’m 20 and was doing this on my own, so I was really scared going into this. But Jenny made me feel so much better and actually prepared. She even went to 2 birth classes with me! She taught me how to relax and handle contractions which helped way more than I expected. She never left my side. When I got to the hospital, I felt calm and knew what I wanted (and knew what I didn’t want…an IV!) I ended up having my baby without any medication. I really believe it’s because of how she prepared me. I really don’t think I could’ve done it without her. She made me feel strong and not alone. THANK YOU, Jenny!”

The first weeks at home with our newborn daughter felt incredibly overwhelming as first-time parents, and the exhaustion and brain fog from lack of sleep made everything even harder. We had so many questions and needed support with even the simplest things, like finding time to eat, sleep, or shower. Jenny brought such a reassuring presence into our home and made those early weeks feel far less isolating, especially as we navigated significant breastfeeding challenges. Her encouragement to trust my instincts when something didn’t feel right was invaluable. I highly recommend hiring Jenny as a postpartum doula—support during the “fourth trimester” is essential. I only wish we had hired her sooner, like the day we came home from the hospital!

Jennifer was with me for the labor and delivery of my first child. It was a very long labor with some complications. Jennifer was a steady presence throughout. She is very knowledgeable about the process and was a valuable member of my team. I would highly recommend her as a doula!
