About me

Hey all! I’m Jess, mama of 3 girls under 5 (aka, total sleep training mode) and owner of The Sleepy Sheep, a pediatric sleep consulting service! Getting our first daughter’s sleep under control was one of those defining “ah-ha” moments for our family and I LOVE sharing what I've learned and implemented with all 3! I use my 5 years of “on the job” training, a certification through Sleep Sense, a community of brilliant peers in the same field to use as resources and a LOT of humor in my methods. I can’t wait to get your family sleeping well again!
