About me

Hi everyone, my name is Jessica Anstey. I am a born and raised Calgarian and Full Spectrum doula. I consider myself a borline crunchy Christian mom. I believe that pregnancy and birth are natural and that our bodies are designed to create and to bring forth life. I believe that moms and partners deserve to feel supported and valued. As a Full spectrum doula, I love educating women on their cycles and teaching families how they can use the Fertility Awareness Method to either achieve pregnancy or prevent it. I love people and strive to help them achieve their ideal birth experience that they can feel good about. I provide emotional support and advocacy and help mothers feel confident to make informed choices when birth plans need to pivot. I also provide high quality compassionate care during the postpartum period.
