Hello my name is Shaniqua (Kay) Powell. I am a Social Worker in the area and I own a brand new faith-aligned Maternal Health Agency. I have a RN Clinical Director that supervises our Maternal Health Specialists (doulas) and they provide several services. MTS (Maternal Transition Specialist): Our elite tier, providing 10 hours a week of intensive, deep-dive care coordination, medical provider navigation, and hands-on field management. The MHS/vMHS can be assigned to you from 4 weeks gestation to 6 weeks postpartum. The MTS starts at 6 weeks postpartum on up.

How does the fixed monthly retainer pricing work?

You are billed a predictable, flat, fixed monthly retainer at the start of each month. Do you accept commercial insurance or Medicaid?

River of Life operates on a private-pay, fixed-retainer model. However, we are fully committed to helping you maximize your healthcare dollars. At the close of every monthly billing cycle, we provide you with a comprehensive, fully itemized Superbill Submission Packet containing all necessary clinical codes to submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
