Greetings everyone! My name is Tamika. I am a doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding specialist located in Duson, Louisiana. My authentic truth fuels the compassionate support for mothers, uplifting women at every stage of their journey. As a birth worker, I ensure my clients are heard, valued, and empowered to make informed choices for themselves and their babies. I believe that when women are educated, supported, and aware of their power, they can transform not only their birth experiences, but the health of future generations. As a former WIC nutritionist, I understand the importance of helping women advocate for themselves and their families. Driven by purpose, I’m committed to creating meaningful change in maternal and infant health.
