Nightly Postpartum Doula

Night Postpartum Doula – $35/hour Get the rest you deserve while knowing your newborn is in caring, capable hands. As your night postpartum doula, I provide overnight support so you can focus on healing, recovery, and getting much-needed sleep. Services include: * Overnight newborn care * Diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, and sleep support * Bottle feeding or bringing baby to you for breastfeeding * Feeding support and burping * Washing bottles and pump parts * Light baby-related housekeeping * Emotional support and newborn education for parents My goal is to provide a peaceful overnight experience, helping your family feel rested, supported, and confident as you adjust to life with your new baby. Overnight support is available with a 4-hour minimum at $35/hour.

Day postpartum doula

Day Postpartum Doula – $25/hour The postpartum period is a time for healing, bonding, and adjusting to life with your new baby. As your daytime postpartum doula, I’m here to provide compassionate, hands-on support so you can feel confident, cared for, and less overwhelmed. Services include: * Newborn care and soothing techniques * Breastfeeding and bottle-feeding support * Parent education and emotional support * Light meal preparation * Light housekeeping related to baby and recovery * Baby laundry, bottles, and pump parts * Encouragement for rest while your baby is cared for Whether you need an extra set of hands, time to rest, or reassurance during those first weeks, I’m here to support your family’s unique needs. Daytime support is available with a 4-hour minimum at $25/hour.
