"Hello, my name is Jessica, and I'm a certified birth and postpartum doula. My goal is to help you feel empowered, informed, and nurtured throughout your journey, respecting your individual needs and preferences. I believe in the power of positive birth experiences and am dedicated to helping you achieve the best possible outcome for you and your baby. I'm here to help you navigate the challenges of labor, advocate for your choices, and create lasting, positive memories of your birth. I am a mom of five, so I understand and want to make the birth a special time. As well as support the family after birth, navigating through the new every day routine.
