Hi there. My name is Sophia and I am a Certified Childbirth Educator and a Full Spectrum Doula located in Arcadia, Florida. I am dedicated to supporting families through all phases of their birth journey – from preconception to postpartum, and every transformative step in between. I enjoy learning about the new developments in the birth world so you can always find me enrolled in a training course. The birth journey belongs to you and your family; however you choose to define it. It is my mission to support you in having a calm, peaceful, and autonomous birth experience.
