About me

I am a birth doula with a desire to educate and support birthing people and their partners to make informed consensual choices during labor and birth. My wish is to empower parents with knowledge, and team with them in their decisions. I hope for every birthing person to have a doula if they want one.

Service introduction

I offer prenatal education and labor support, as well as brief post partum care. I’m available to help you understand medical terms and your rights to choose how your birth goes, within optimal safety conditions. I provide continuous support and advocate for the birth plan designed by you and your partner. I will inform you of unforeseen circumstances that may alter your original plans and adapt accordingly. Post partum care includes debriefing of the birth, post processing events, and well wishes. Further needs will be discussed and agreed upon during the post partum visits.
