Service introduction
As a labour and postpartum doula I provide informational support so that you can make informed decisions. I also provide physical support on labour through massage, counter pressure, and position changes. I am there every step of the way as someone you can talk to who truly understands the heavy mental, emotional, and physical demands of labour, birth, postpartum, and caring for a newborn.
Packages
Basic Labour Package
Includes two prenatal appointments tailored specifically to your needs. A resource list for you to keep. On-call support by phone, text or email as often as you wish throughout your pregnancy. Access to my small library of books on birth and postpartum. This package includes and optional private breastfeeding class if you are planning to breastfeed. Support in early labour in your home. I will attend your birth and provide support during the birth as well as for 1-3 hours postpartum. One "check-in" postpartum visit the day after the birth and a 1-2 hour postpartum visit at your home once you are ready.

I offer a combination Labour and Postpartum Doula package. This package includes two prenatal appointments tailored specifically to your needs. A resource list for you to keep. Access to my small library of birth and postpartum books. This package includes and optional private breastfeeding class for if you are planning to breastfeed. On-call support by phone, text or email as often as you wish throughout your pregnancy. Support in early labour in your home. I will attend your birth and provide support during the birth as well as for 1-3 hours postpartum. In addition, it includes 20 hours of postpartum support. Aside from an initial hospital visit of whatever length is necessary (if you want a hospital visit) the 20 hours must be used in a minimum of 5-hour shifts. Services offered postpartum include grocery shopping, light housework, laundry, care of older children (As long as you are in the home), help with baby care, and evidence-based information among other things. This is an excellent way to enter into parenthood with the support you deserve.

Services offered postpartum include grocery shopping, light housework, laundry, care of older children (As long as you are in the home), help with baby care, and evidence-based information among other things. This is an excellent way to enter into parenthood with the support you deserve
