Hi there! I’m a new doula working on my certificate in NYC. I am specialized in full spectrum doula, brith doula and postpartum doula care. I am here to create a space of comfort in your most precious moment without judgement. I am passionate about public health and believe every one should be treated equally in our healthcare system.

As your full-spectrum doula, I provide more than just support — I walk beside you, gently and without judgment, through every phase of your journey:

💛 Emotional, physical & informational support
🤰🏽 Two personalized prenatal visits
🕯️ Continuous support during your birth
👣 1–2 hours of immediate postpartum care (day of birth)
🏡 18 hours of flexible, day time, heart-centered postpartum support in the early weeks — tailored just for you. This may include Light housework (dishes, laundry), a listening ear, warm meal if needed, or simply time for you to rest
📚 Custom referrals to trusted local resources, from lactation to shelters
🌍 Serving NYC & Long Island — with gentleness, presence, and care.
