The Fourth Trimester Home

Summary:
$2,800 for 40 hours
Additional daytime support: $70/hour
4-hour minimum for additional visits
Overnight newborn support: $600/night
8-hour overnight shift

Together, we’ll:
Create your personalized birth plan and postpartum plan
Discuss labor, common interventions, pain-management options and what to expect
Talk through hospital admission, labor and delivery, and immediate postpartum care
Prepare for different birth scenarios while keeping your preferences at the center
Discuss newborn care, feeding preferences and the first days at home
Create a postpartum recovery and support plan
Identify your support system and what you may need help with after birth
Review questions to ask your OB/midwife and pediatric team
