Hi! I’m Kate and I’m a Birth and Bereavement Doula. I’m proud to serve the Kansas City metro area. I’ve got 10 years of experience between law-enforcement and military. I have two sons of my own, and have struggled with infertility and several miscarriages in my lifetime. I have a strong passion for loving and helping others through their pain, and through the happiest times of their life. Service introduction

I offer both birth and bereavement Doula services. All prices are listed below. Bereavement services come at no cost, as the pain you have endured is difficult enough.

Packages
The Bloom
This birth doula package includes 2-3 in person or virtual meetings during your pregnancy. I’m always available for questions or information about your pregnancy over email or text. Starting at 37 weeks into your pregnancy, I will be on call for you. Depending on your history, induction, date, or complications, this can vary. This package includes labor support, birth support, and postpartum support up to two hours after birth. This package also includes 1-2 postpartum check ins to see how you are doing.

The Willow
The Bereavement Doula service package comes in no cost. Whether the service is needed last minute, or you are preparing for your birth after a fatal diagnosis, I am here to help you. The service is free to you for whatever trimester you are in. I’m here to help you and your family however you need.

Beyond
This postpartum package consists of up to 6 weeks of overnight care for baby. Shifts must be a minimum of 4 hours, and no more than 10 hours. The maximum amount of nights per week is 4.

Kate is warm, kind, supportive, and knowledgeable. She will make you a fitness program designed just for you. I was comfortable with her, and did not have a problem getting advice when needed. She does the workout alongside with you as well. Each week is different. I will be going back to Kate in the future.
