I love taking care of new families! I have owned my own birth and postpartum doula practice for almost twenty years. These days I am focusing primarily on the postpartum side of things, bringing my vast knowledge of lactation to the forefront as I am working towards becoming a certified consultant. I believe educating parents with evidence based information tailored to their specific needs and desires is a key aspect to feeling prepared for their new life journey. I am calm under pressure and offer a steady and reassuring comfort. It is my goal to hear and understand what you are hoping for and offer the best care possible to meet your goals.

I am currently offering postpartum doula services Tuesdays, Thursdays and weekends. I am passionate about helping you have a positive feeding and postpartum experience. There are a lot of conflicting ideas and opinions out there, I will sit with you until we find the solution that works best for you! I am also providing childbirth education specifically tailored to your needs. Sometimes you just don’t have time for a class, let me help! We can work with your schedule to design a class with your needs in mind. Private childbirth education specifically tailored to your needs and wants - $75 per hour Postpartum Doula services - $43 per hour with a 3 hour minimum per day.
