About me

Tender Heart started from my love of supporting women and growing families. It’s a privilege to walk alongside families during such an intimate and powerful chapter. Grateful I'm able to offer care through Placenta Encapsulation that is warm, respectful, and rooted in celebrating both mother and baby. I’m especially passionate about the often-overlooked fourth trimester (the postpartum period) and helping families discover supportive resources that many expecting families never hear about. I believe postpartum care deserves just as much attention, tenderness, and preparation as pregnancy and birth. What I love most is the varying Placenta traditions and after-birth practices that have been honored for centuries and across many cultures. While Placenta Encapsulation may seem like a special service after birth - I see it as something beautifully woven into the larger story of motherhood, healing, and connection.

Service introduction

Placenta Encapsulation Specialist serving the AZ Birthing Community! I practice the Traditional Chinese Medicine method for Placenta Encapsulation. This involves rinsing, steaming, dehydrating, then grinding the Placenta into a fine powder. I have several options for ingestion. I offer basic Encapsulation - including flavored capsule options, Placenta tinctures & Placenta Chocolates in multiple flavors. For keepsakes / momentos I'm delighted to offer Placenta Prints & Umbilical Cord Keepsakes. I also offer Placenta Salves for topical treatment as well as Powder & Soil mixtures for planting! I have a few bundles for those who would like a whole package, as well as provide the option to pick and choose individual services.
