About me

Hello there! I’m a certifying birth and postpartum care doula through DONA International. I am also a nanny with 9 years experience with children of many ages. My heart is to serve new families in a deeply intentional way by bring my knowledge and experience into your home helping you get off on the best possible foot in this new season of life. I am passionate about loving and caring for children deeply and thoughtfully; especially those who are just arriving into this world. I also desire to support the mother and the rest of the family through their incredible journey of birth and recovery to make the process as smooth as possible. I hope that my time with every family will leave a lasting impact.

Service introduction

My primary goal when working with a family is to come alongside you in those first few weeks postpartum and try to make your recovery just a little easier. I primarily work as an overnight postpartum care doula which means that I sleep when baby sleeps, but when baby is up I am tending to their needs while you sleep. (If you’re planning on breastfeeding I would bring baby to you eat and then take them back once they are done!) I also will do one additional chore per shift of your choosing, for example that could be a load of baby laundry or cleaning up the kitchen from the day. But working overnights, my primary goal is baby care.
