About me

Certified birth and postpartum doula. certified in lactation support, cpr. I will help you create your ideal birth plan, teach you pregnancy exercises and labor positions. I will prepare you for your baby by teaching you and your partner diaper changing, swaddling, bathing baby wearing and more. Mother of three so I have an understanding and the experience of the whole birthing journey but just recently certified officially as a doula. I had no doula during my births and I know I want to be there for women the way I needed that support during the most beautiful and fulfilling journey. Service introduction

I specialize in prenatal knowledge, teaching you about what is “normal” what isn’t. How to make a birth plan to suit your needs. How to do different labor positions, medically free if needed I provide TENs for labor. I will also be there holding your hand in your active labor. I will guide you in early labor (and your partner) I will help you learn how to care for a new born. How to latch/bottle feed, correctly diaper a baby, swaddle, baby wear, bathe. And much more.
