About me

I am a certified Post Partum Doula and infant care specialist with over 10 years of experience. I enjoy providing support to families as they transition to life with a new baby. I bring a wealth of knowledge on sleep and can help implement healthy sleep habits, nap schedules and wake windows where applicable. Im the type of caregiver that will also help with household tasks and chores without being asked to. I have a lot of experience with twins, and families with children of all ages. I love to do craft activities with children and get outdoors if we are able. I am trained with the Center of Breastfeeding so l offer knowledge and practice on the topic of breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, but also support families of ALL feeding methods! I am a Post Partum Placenta Speciaist and Blood Born Pathogen certified, and offer placenta encapsulation services. Its extremely important to me that I follow and adhere to the highest standards of safety Lastly, I am a Bellycasring Artist, and dedicated to creating beautiful maternity keepsakes from scratch or through repairs.
