About me

Hi there! If you're looking for a childbirth class that is hands-on, fun and evidence based, I would love to invite you to my home for a small, group class! Or, if you're looking to build your birth team, I also am a DONA certified birth doula. It is always such an honor to help parents prepare to meet their baby, and being in the birth room and witnessing the miracle of birth truly leads to no better feeling. I am a mother, birth doula and childbirth educator located in Warwick, NY. My birth philosophies are heavily influenced by evidence based care. I believe that we have the innate ability to give birth and I am also grateful for the skilled care providers whom care so deeply for the families being born. I've worked with new parents in Orange, Sullivan, Rockland, Bergen, Passaic & Sussex counties and would love to chat to see how I can support you! I am an Evidence Based Birth Instructor, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator and a DONA Certified Birth Doula.
