Kylie Ramos
About me
Hi, I’m Kylie! I’m a certified fertility and postpartum doula and health coach, passionate about supporting women through the seasons of preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. I believe women deserve care that looks beyond a single symptom or season. Our hormones, nutrition, sleep, stress, mental and emotional wellbeing, relationships, faith, and daily rhythms are all connected—and caring for the whole woman can make such a meaningful difference in how she feels and functions. Through my health coaching work, I help women better understand their bodies and build realistic, sustainable habits that support their health and wellbeing. My approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in evidence-based education, while honoring each woman’s unique needs, values, and circumstances. My fertility work focuses on helping women prepare for pregnancy and better understand and support their reproductive health. My postpartum work centers on the transition into motherhood—supporting recovery, nourishment, energy, emotional wellbeing, healthy routines, and the many changes that come with caring for yourself while caring for a little one. As a follower of Jesus, my faith is the foundation of how I love and serve others. I strive to create a peaceful, judgment-free space where women feel seen, encouraged, and equipped. If desired, I’m also happy to pray with and for the women and families I serve. Whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, navigating postpartum, or simply wanting to feel more at home in your body and health, it would be an honor to walk alongside you.

Service introduction
Postpartum Support The postpartum season brings profound physical, emotional, and practical changes—and you don’t have to navigate them alone. As a certified postpartum doula and health coach, I provide personalized support to help mothers care for themselves while caring for their babies. My approach looks beyond simply getting through the newborn stage. Together, we can focus on nourishment, recovery, energy, emotional wellbeing, healthy routines, infant care, and the transition into motherhood in a way that feels realistic for your season of life. I offer both in-home postpartum doula support and virtual postpartum coaching, depending on the level of support you’re looking for. Services may include newborn care education, infant feeding support, birth recovery guidance, nourishing meal preparation, light household support, sibling adjustment, emotional support, and practical health coaching for the mother. My goal is to help you feel supported, informed, nourished, and confident as you recover and find your new rhythm. As a follower of Jesus, my faith is at the heart of how I serve. I strive to create a peaceful, judgment-free space for every mother, and for those who desire it, I’m happy to offer faith-based encouragement and prayer alongside my care.
