Hello! This is my second baby and I’ll be having a hospital birth but I’d love to go unmedicated with as few interventions as possible and really want someone who can help me through the birthing process as well as advocate for me when I’m in a vulnerable state and coach me through the birth. I went 8cm with no epidural with my first, but had no idea until after I got it and really felt like with some coaching I could have made it through. We are expecting our first baby around March 2, 2027 and are looking for overnight newborn support approximately 2 nights per week for the first 8–12 weeks postpartum.
