My speciality is postpartum support in infant feeding, recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. I love to help with light housework, preparation of meals and helping to incorporate older siblings into this new experience.

What to expect

I provide in home postpartum support including: Infant feeding, emotional and physical support for mother, recovery support from childbirth, infant soothing, coping skills as new parents, light housework, preparation of meals, help incorporating sibling into new experience. Add-ons include: birth partner support/ hands on training, prenatal yoga, Day-Of support for scheduled cesarean birth, postpartum care kit- 10 must haves.

What is the process?

It is impossible to know when your baby will arrive, and the personality of your little one in advance. All supports are flexible to start whenever and however you need. An initial consultation will iron out the details of what you would and would not like included in your postpartum experience.

How long should you use a postpartum doula?

As long as you need! I provide service for a family anywhere from a few days up to a few weeks after bringing home a new baby. All families have unique needs that can be met through communication and trust.
