I'm actually just looking for a midwife nurse to go to for a pap smear/annual appointment. I don't feel comfortable going to a traditional OB-GYN. I want to find someone who takes my insurance.

I plan to give birth at a hospital (at Multicare Capital Medical Center). My insurance covers $2000 for a doula. I do not know my birth plan yet.

I would like to give birth in a birth center with minimal interventions. I want to be really intentional with the interventions and screenings in the prenatal period as well. This is my first pregnancy at age 27, and my husband wants to be involved in the process as much as possible.

I'm giving birth at home (Federal Way). It's my first baby. My care team so far consists of my husband, parents, and sisters. I am confident in my plan for an undisturbed physiological birth and so far have had a hard time finding a like-minded midwife or doula, but would love to be supported by a more knowledgeable and experienced woman. I plan to have a unmedicated home birth. I am looking for a calm and knowledgeable midwife. It is important to me that my spiritual outlook is honored but I don’t need a provider that believes the same as me.

I would you labor and give birth in the comfort of my home in Winlock Washington. My insurance plan is through Aetna provided by my husbad who works for TransAlta. Our current plan does not cover homebirth and we are looking into upgrading our plan if the new plan will cover home birth. Out of Network coverage is 60% after meeting a $1,000 deductible.
