About me

I am the founder and executive director of Essentially Empowered, Inc. I'm a full spectrum doula, student midwife, Lactation Specialist and Doula Instructor. I have a team of doulas across the state of Wisconsin that are serving the following counties: Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, Portage, Langlade, Jefferson, Pierce, Pipen, and Shawano. We operate from a holistic and trauma informed care lense, serving those in need of more than just doula services.
