have been a doula since 2007 and have had the opportunity to attend a variety of births including medicated, non-medicated, multiples, VBAC’s and home-births. I use many tools to help a woman cope in labor including massage, pressure points, movement, aromatherapy and I am trained in using a TENS unit and have units that I let my clients use for their labor. I love teaching some of the tricks I have learned over the years to the dad and helping him feel a part of the birth. My goal is for the mom and dad to feel like “WE did it” as they hold their sweet baby. I feel passionate about a woman’s power and ability to have the kind of birth experience she longs for. Birth is a beautiful, powerful and natural event. I believe that during labor, a mom needs to surround herself with people that believe in her ability and trust her body and I am always honored when chosen to be a part of that team. I also have a special place in my heart for helping families incorporate their Christian faith in their pregnancy and birth. A woman remembers her birth forever…she may not remember the specific details, but she will remember how she felt. She will remember if she was loved and supported, or if she felt fearful and intimidated. I have no magic powers, but I hope my presence helps those memories be as positive as they can be.

From day one when I interviewed Sareya, I knew that she was going to be a perfect fit for our family. She started caring for my son when he was three months old. We only have good things to say about Sareya. She is timely, professional, and most of all my son lights up when he sees her walk through the door. Sareya is a caregiver that provides compassionate care. She also will take the time to listen and adjust care depending on the day to day. You would be incredibly lucky to have Sareya working alongside you and your family. We are going to miss having Sareya with us each week, but we know that she’s going to do great things working as a doula and postpartum caregiver.

Do you feel alone and overwhelmed by the demands of parenting? Do you feel out of place in your body and wonder if you will ever get back to what you looked like before you had kids? Are you afraid of repeating the mistakes of your own parents and wonder how to teach your children the lifeskills you want them to learn while maintaining a relationship? As a mother myself, I understand the emotional experience and identity shift of parenthood. I am determined to help other parents like myself to connect to their child/children and feel empowered to love their bodies and themselves. Yoga has benefits in managing emotions, improving sleep, improving immune system health, reducing pain, improving focus, supporting flexibility and strength, improving bone density, and increasing balance.

As a mother of two, I’ve experienced firsthand the difference that having support during birth can make. My first birth was without a doula, and while it was a powerful experience, I realized afterward how much emotional and physical guidance can truly ease the journey. With my second birth, having a doula by my side brought calm, confidence, and reassurance that allowed me to be fully present in the moment. That experience inspired me to become a doula myself—to provide families with the same compassionate support and peaceful presence that made such a difference in my own story. My goal is to help parents feel informed, empowered, and cared for every step of the way.

I am Cassandra, a Doula and Birth Photographer. I am a mom of 4, wife to a military veteran and a native to Aurora Colorado. Growing up, I have only lived in one home until the year I met my husband. I began this doula journey after the birth of my son. Finding a birthing center that provided a doula was the most amazing experience I could have asked for. After that experience, I knew I wanted to be that strength and support for all other birthing people and military personnel. I am excited to be your support, knowledge, and strength with you and be able to photograph your journey. On my down time you can find me shopping at Costco, at the park with my family or crafting in my office.

I understand what it is like to feel that you have lost yourself. As a survivor of postpartum anxiety and depression, childhood trauma and persistent people-pleasing, I have learned how to reconnect with my inner wisdom and become the artist of my own life. Hi, I’m Leanne (she/her). I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado and Registered Art Therapist (ATR). I have over a decade of experience supporting highly-sensitive, empathetic individuals in healing from traumatic experiences, deepening self-awareness, and living a life of more joy and peace. Oftentimes, trauma cannot be healed through words alone. I am passionate about offering holistic healing opportunities that allow you to connect with your mind, body, and spirit so that you can finally heal from old wounds and step into your power.

Leanne is a great therapist whom I would highly recommend. I completed prenatal art therapy and she was empathetic and understanding. The sessions helped me gain confidence in my upcoming birth and allowed a space to process fears and emotions.

Imaan is such a great and pure spirit. She's an easy person to get along with because she genuinely cares about you and the health of your baby. She's very knowledgeable and is always available for questions. I also appreciate that she included my husband in various activities to help him feel more engaged. I wish I had contacted her sooner in my pregnancy to maximize the help I received, but Imaan's support was timely and very much needed. I highly recommend her for your doula needs!

With a deep-rooted love for nurturing others and years of hands-on experience supporting families, I come to my work as a postpartum doula with warmth, compassion, and understanding. My own experience with postpartum challenges is what truly called me to this work and shaped my philosophy of care. I know firsthand how vulnerable, overwhelming, and lonely the early weeks after birth can feel. Because of this, I am deeply passionate about ensuring new parents feel seen, heard, and supported. I place special emphasis on emotional and mental well-being, believing—both personally and through research- that caring for a parent’s emotional health is just as essential as supporting physical recovery. My goal is to create a calm, grounded environment where families can rest, heal, and begin this new chapter with confidence. By nature, I am profoundly empathetic and nurturing, and many families share that my presence feels calming and steady. I believe some of the most meaningful support comes not from doing more, but from simply being present, offering patience, reassurance, and a safe space to land during a time of great change. I am a natural listener who values connection, trust, and honoring each family’s unique journey. My approach is rooted in gentle guidance, emotional attunement, and meeting parents exactly where they are, so they feel supported as they recover, reconnect, and grow into their new roles.

Sarah is fantastic and we couldn't recommend her more. We had her support from the first night we got home from the hospital until about 8 weeks and we are so grateful we had it. She is so knowledgeable about all things newborn and made us feel so comfortable and much more confident as first time parents. Sarah is incredibly professional and we look forward to using her postpartum doula services again for our next child!

Hi there, my name is DiAndra Espinoza and I am a Postpartum Doula in Lafayette, CO and surrounding areas. As a newborn/infant/toddler nanny for four years, I realized that my passion is not only in helping new humans grow but also in providing support for new parents. My practice emphasizes empowerment, confidence and quality care for the postpartum months. I strive to not only ensure that baby is on track but that moms (and dads) alike are able to recover and get started on their new normal. It's important to me that the joy of birth transfers to the joy of parenthood.

Recent review

DiAndra took care of our baby from when she was 7 months old to when she turned 1 and started daycare. She was the best nanny we could have ever hoped for: always punctual, highly experienced, and super sweet with babies. DiAndra thoughtfully designed each day: sometimes she took our baby on neighborhood walks, sometimes she played with her outside, sometimes they do tummy time at home and she sang / danced with her as well. Our baby is usually shy around strangers, but she has enjoyed playing with DiAndra since Day 1! Highly, highly recommend!
