Hi there, my name is DiAndra Espinoza and I am a Postpartum Doula in Lafayette, CO and surrounding areas. As a newborn/infant/toddler nanny for four years, I realized that my passion is not only in helping new humans grow but also in providing support for new parents. My practice emphasizes empowerment, confidence and quality care for the postpartum months. I strive to not only ensure that baby is on track but that moms (and dads) alike are able to recover and get started on their new normal. It's important to me that the joy of birth transfers to the joy of parenthood.

Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Daytime Care

12 hours of care = 1 week (3 visits of 4 hours each)
24 hours of care = 2 weeks (3 visits of 4 hours each x 2 weeks)
48 hours of care = 4 weeks (3 visits of 4 hours each x 4 weeks)
100 hours of care = 8 weeks (3 visits of 4 hours each x 8 weeks)

$40 USD · Per hour

Overnight Care

32 hours of care = 1 week (4 visits of 8 hours each)
64 hours of care = 2 weeks (4 visits of 8 hours each x 2 weeks)
96 hours of care = 3 weeks (4 visits of 8 hours each x 3 weeks)
128 hours of care = 4 weeks (4 visits of 8 hours each x 4 weeks)

$45 USD · Per hour

What to expect

Postpartum Doula Services: *$35-$45 per hour *Minimum of 4 hours for days and 8 hours for nights *Each package is unique and based on the family’s needs *Lactation support *Assistance in newborn care such as diapering, soothing, bathing, and comfort techniques *Help with emotional and physical recovery postpartum *Belly binding *Light housework *Errands *Light meal preparation *Referrals to trusted birth care physicians

DiAndra took care of our baby from when she was 7 months old to when she turned 1 and started daycare. She was the best nanny we could have ever hoped for: always punctual, highly experienced, and super sweet with babies. DiAndra thoughtfully designed each day: sometimes she took our baby on neighborhood walks, sometimes she played with her outside, sometimes they do tummy time at home and she sang / danced with her as well. Our baby is usually shy around strangers, but she has enjoyed playing with DiAndra since Day 1! Highly, highly recommend!
