Between Christmas and Jan 6th. I’m 42. This pregnancy is different for me because I’m doing it alone. Overwhelmed at home.

I am planning on having a vaginal birth, I want a delayed cord clamping. I want to do a mix of breast feed and formula for my baby. I would say at least 3 years of experience and bilingual with Spanish. I think I would need help with sleep training. I’m not sure how much help I would need with house chores.

I am giving birth at Foothills Midwifery. My official due date is August 4, 2026, but I have always been early by 10-15 days. I need my insurance plan accepted which is the Community Health Plan of Washington. I want a holistic approach and full support during labor and delivery and for some time afterwards as well.
