In that moment, I learned that staying calm, taking a deep breath, and having someone beside you can change everything. Since then, I’ve carried that feeling with me. I love listening, encouraging, making tea, holding a baby so a mom can rest, or simply sitting quietly when that’s what’s needed. Families often tell me that they feel calm around me, and that’s the greatest compliment I could ever receive.

My role is not to make decisions for you, but to provide you with evidence-based information, continuous support, and advocacy so you can make the choices that are right for your family. I support all birth choices - hospital, birth center, or home birth; medicated or unmedicated; vaginal or cesarean. What matters most is that you feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout your journey.
