Hello everyone, my name is Lauren Pilger. I am a lactation consultant (IBCLC) with a special focus in perinatal mental health. I'm also a certified infant massage instructor and a holistic sleep coach. I live in Colorado Springs, CO. I am very passionate in helping families reach their infant feeding goals, whatever they may be. I am especially drawn toward bonding and attachment and how to facilitate that for both parents. In my free time, I enjoy going on hikes with husband and 2 boys, age 11 & 13, as well as our mini aussie, Maggie. I also love singing, sewing, and writing letters.
This includes your prenatal as well as your initial postpartum visit. I will help you get set up for success to breastfeed your little one, and then see you in the comfort of your home after baby arrives! Available to families within Colorado Springs' city limits only.
This package includes your initial virtual consultation for lactation support, as well as 2, 1 hour follow-ups.
This package covers your initial office consultation for lactation support as well as a follow-up appointment.
This holistic sleep coaching package includes 5 virtual sessions to address your sleep concerns and follow up with you until you are in a place where you feel confident in yours and your little one's sleep patterns.
This virtual infant massage course includes 5 sessions where I teach you infant massage strokes to help your baby with sleep, digestion, weight gain, bonding, and more!
I offer virtual consultations for lactation concerns, sleep coaching, and infant massage. I also offer in-home as well as office consultations, depending on my clients' location.
