I have been a registered nurse specializing in perinatal care since 1990. In 2015, I became an IBCLC and began working full-time as an inpatient lactation consultant. In 2019, I expanded my skills by studying craniosacral therapy under Carol Gray. Over time, I integrated craniosacral therapy and lactation consulting at the Recovery Lounge while interning with Amanda Glenn, gradually preparing for retirement from my hospital position.
