I am planning on giving birth at Longs Peak Hospital in Longmont. I am hoping to find a doula that is completely covered by Medicaid. I am still working on my birth plan but I know I don't want to labor on my back. It's been 13 years since my last child and my partners first. I struggled with breast feeding my first child and will need lactation support so I can hopefully follow through with breast feeding this child.
Finally broke away from the shield but latch hurts too bad.
Experience working with colic/fussy/gassy babies. Experience working with a fast let down and big supply. With my first it was about 8 months of extreme discomfort in our kid and was told it was normal. This second time around we can’t go through that again. This one similarly gets pretty upset and uncomfortable for about 24 hours after I breast feed so I’ve been exclusively pumping, and he is a lot better. However I would love to be able to breast feed otherwise I may move to formula.
I plan to give birth in a hospital. I'm striving for an unmediated birth. I would like the doula to have knowledge in eastern medicine or herbalism. I try to practice tradition Chinese medicine principals where I can. I would love for the prenatal doula to help with herbal, dietary needs, help with guidance on unmedicated births, and help be an advocate at the hospital. Postpartum I would like help with training, cooking for mom, and education on how to best care for our baby when needed.
Need advice on our latch- she dribbles a lot of milk when feeding and has been wanting to feed nonstop. Also still very tender nipples after 6 weeks.
Lactation consultation. My infant makes a suction/clicking noise and doesn't latch well/suck well
I need someone to help me with supply because my baby won’t take a bottle I need this to be covered by Cigna insurance

Birth at Memorial North Hospital. Estimated budget $1,500-$2,000 Work on birth plan with Doula Looking for birth and lactation support
I am due in September and planning to give birth in a hospital (UC Health - Anschutz). I have not decided on a birth plan yet. My insurance plan is with Aetna PPO (through my work). I would ideally like a doula that is African American (as I am) but I am open to other backgrounds as well.
I plan to give birth either at home or in a birthing center, with a focus on a holistic, low-intervention approach while prioritizing the safety and well-being of both myself and my baby. While I do not have a finalized birth plan at this time, I am seeking a certified midwife with at least five years of experience. I would also like access to comprehensive prenatal education, labor and birth support, postpartum guidance, and lactation assistance.
Hello, I am 35 and this is our first baby and we’re looking for a doula and lactation consultant to help us along the way. We plan to give birth at the hospital, no set birth plan but know I so want epidurals, am interested in the controlled pushing with slow delivery and delayed cord cutting. Certfications and years of experience needed. Sleep training a plus as well. Not sure on budget as this is all new to us.
