Birth doula- hospital Postpartum Sleep training Skyridge

First Baby planning a hospital birth. My budget is around 700$. And willing to have a Doula, who’s less experienced and willing to learn alongside me. I would prefer a unmedicated birth and hoping to find someone who can help me achieve that. I do plan on giving birth at sky Ridge. I would prefer a water birth, but know that they do not allow that definitely do not want to do the traditional method of feet in stirrups. Would like help with low tearing positions that also allow natural gravity to take place.

I plan to give birth at UCHealth Highlands Ranch. Estimated budget is probably around $2000 but flexible depending on services and post partum care. I require that the provider is certified.

I am due in September and planning to give birth in a hospital (UC Health - Anschutz). I have not decided on a birth plan yet. My insurance plan is with Aetna PPO (through my work). I would ideally like a doula that is African American (as I am) but I am open to other backgrounds as well.

Wondering if you take Kaiser insurance? I have doula benefits through Kaiser and I am looking for someone that will accept their insurance. Thanks!

Birth Plan My general plan is to receive an epidural for pain management, provided the procedure goes smoothly. However, if the epidural process becomes overly painful or difficult, I want to be prepared with alternative comfort measures. Additionally, because of my age, I do not want to risk waiting past my due date and prefer to be induced if I go overdue.
