I am 24 weeks pregnant with our first child after years of infertility. I am looking for a certified doula to help me navigating birth and postpartum. We have Anthem insurance and have doula services fully covered. I plan to give birth at Highlands Ranch Hospital l and I am still figuring out my birth plan.

I’m planning to give birth in a hospital but I would like a doula to help with education prior to delivery. Education specifically around labor and pain management skills, as I have the intention of having an unmedicated birth. I would also like help creating a birthing plan, potentially help with advocacy during my hospital stay. I am interested in placenta encapsulation. I would also be open to hearing about postpartum services but don’t have any specific ideas of what that looks like right now.
I plan to give birth at UCHealth Highlands Ranch. Estimated budget is probably around $2000 but flexible depending on services and post partum care. I require that the provider is certified.
