My plan is to give birth as natural as possible with no C-section, at my hospital Intermountain Health Hospital in Golden, CO. i'm looking for a certified doula with at least 5 years of experience. I'd also like to use my in network benefits through Anthem.

I do not have a birth plan yet and need help making one. I want a certified doula who has been practicing for at least 3 years. I am a 37 year old woman and this is my first child after struggling with infertility and loss. I primarily want someone to coach me through stages and help with breast feeding and reading ques.

This is my first baby and unplanned, we are planning to birth at Littleton Adventist hospital. I reside in Lakewood and we are hoping for someone to help guide us through the process of pregnancy and how to plan for birth and after birth and an additional support person there for birth to help execute my hopes for a birth plan even when things go a different way. I love a holistic approach but have some health complications so we chose a MD rather than a midwife so hoping the doula is able to help us find a balance between the two wishes.
